Additional Pest Control:
We handle ants with effective treatment and prompt service: We ensure short wait times for appointments. We often quote the price for ants over the phone and ant treatments include a ONE-YEAR GUARANTEE that ants will not enter structures during that time. Unlike many of our competitors, who charge lower up-front fees but use inferior products and make their money through ongoing monthly service plans (often leading to chemical overuse), we’re a “one and done” solution. No monthly visits. No recurring fees. Just long-lasting, professional results.
We offer complimentary rodent inspections and estimates. Our team specializes in identifying entry points, sealing them thoroughly, and safely eliminating active infestations. Our focus is on long-term solutions—not temporary fixes—so you can feel confident the problem is resolved.
Exclusion services are priced based on the specific conditions of each property. Because every structure and infestation is different, pricing can only be confirmed after a thorough inspection. We will give you a price to make the repairs. You have the option to make the repairs yourself.
Typical extermination (trapping/baiting) services are a separate service and cost, and are generally in the $785 range for setup and three follow-up visits. More extensive activity or larger properties may increase the cost.

Excellent Fumigation’s journey began in 1976 when Jay Tallon joined his family’s pest control business. Jay played a pivotal role in pioneering termite control alternatives, including the groundbreaking use of orange oil and freezing methods. In 2002, Jay founded Excellent Fumigation, expanding the company’s offerings to include comprehensive tent fumigations. This move allowed Excellent Fumigation to provide a full spectrum of termite solutions, further establishing the company’s reputation in the industry. Excellent Fumigation has become the “Go-To Termite Company” for apartment owners throughout California. Our expertise begins with meticulous due diligence inspections for clients purchasing apartment complexes and extends through to seamless collaboration with property ownership, management, maintenance teams, and residents. We take pride in our ability to provide exceptional customer service, making us a trusted partner in protecting properties from termite damage.
Meet the Business Owner
Jay Tallon has a notable career in pest control, marked by innovation and dedication. For 22 years, he led Tallon Termite and Pest Control, pioneering alternative termite treatments like Orange Oil and the Blizzard System for freezing termites. In 2002, Jay founded Excellent Fumigation, broadening the company’s focus to multi-residential markets while continuing to serve single-family homes and commercial properties. Jay’s journey is deeply intertwined with his family. His wife, Linda, who previously worked for a developer of 5 Seaport Villages on the west coast, joined Jay in the business. Together, they raised three daughters and a son, all of whom worked in the family business while studying at Marymount College, Loyola Marymount University, Whittier College, and Loma Linda University. This strong family bond has been central to Excellent Fumigation’s success, underpinning their commitment to quality and service.
